New Delhi. The month of October 2024 proved to be a great month for the Indian two-wheeler market. Two-wheeler brands recorded record-breaking sales during the festival season with Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd. (SMIPL) set a new record for highest monthly sales ever. The company sold a total of 1,20,055 units of two-wheelers last month, which was the highest in its history.
Suzuki Motorcycle India sold a total of 1,04,940 motorcycles and scooters in the domestic market in October 2024. This is an annual increase of 24% compared to October 2023, when 84,302 units were sold. Due to this excellent performance in the domestic market, the company recorded 19% annual growth in total sales. However, there has been a decline in exports of Made in India two-wheelers. Last month, Suzuki exported 15,115 units, which was less than the previous year.

Suzuki launched its new GSX-8R motorcycle in the big bike segment last month. This bike is a great combination of great performance, rider-friendly controls and advanced features. This bike is available in three color options: Metallic Matte Sword Silver, Metallic Triton Blue and Metallic Matte Black.
Strong hold in every segment
Suzuki sells scooters from the 125cc segment to 150cc and more powerful motorcycles in the Indian market. The company’s product range has been developed keeping in mind the needs and preferences of Indian customers.
After record-breaking sales during the festival season, Suzuki Motorcycle India is set to continue its success in the coming months. The company is trying to strengthen its market position with new products and better customer service.
