After launching Bajaj’s new Pulsar N125, TVS Motor Company has now introduced a new iGo variant of its popular Raider motorcycle (Raider 125). Many special features have been added to this new variant, the most special of which is the first “Boost Mode” in this segment. In addition, the bike received a new color option and red alloy wheels.
According to TVS, this new variant of the Raider 125 is the fastest bike in its segment which is also completely technologically advanced. The ex-showroom price of this bike has been kept at Rs 98,389. The TVS Raider iGo variant comes with a premium Boost mode along with an upgraded reverse LCD connected cluster that comes with more than 85 connected features.
Milestone of selling 10 lakh units
TVS Raider has also achieved the major milestone of selling 10 lakh units within three years. To celebrate this success, the company has introduced a new iGo variant. Activating the boost mode ensures 0.55 percent additional torque and up to 10 percent more mileage.
Better performance and acceleration
Anirudh Halder, Corporate Brand and Media Head, TVS Motor Company, said at the launch that the bike produces 11.75 Nm of torque thanks to iGo Assist, making its acceleration very good. This bike accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 5.8 seconds. Its boost mode also increases mileage by 10 percent, which is particularly attractive for young people.
Features of the iGo variant
The new TVS Raider iGo variant features the fastest 125cc engine that produces 0.55 Nm of additional torque. This bike features segment-first Boost mode, best-in-class acceleration, multiple riding modes and a new Nardo Gray color option. Additionally, advanced features such as sporty red alloy wheels, an inverted LCD cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, voice assistant, turn-by-turn navigation and call management are also included.
