New Delhi. Tata Motors cars have always been known for their safety among Indian customers and the company has once again proven its reputation. The recently launched Tata Curvv and Tata Curve EV have received a full 5-star rating for family safety in India’s NCAP crash test.

According to a report by HT Auto, Tata Curve has scored 29.5 out of 32 points for adult safety and 43.66 points for child safety. At the same time, Tata Curve EV scored 30.81 out of 32 points in adult protection and 44.83 out of 49 points in child protection. These reviews once again prove the safety of the car.

Three engine options
Customers get three powertrain options in the Tata Curve. The first is a 1.2-liter GDI petrol engine that produces 125 hp of power and 225 Nm of maximum torque. The second option is a 1.2-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that offers 120 hp of power and 170 Nm of torque. In addition, the car has an optional 1.5-liter diesel engine that can produce 118 horsepower and 260 Nm of torque. For all engine variants, the choice between manual and automatic transmission is possible.

The Tata Curve comes with a long list of premium features including a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wireless connectivity, a 10.25-inch digital driver display, a JBL sound system with 9 speakers, an air purifier, a panoramic sunroof and multiple color ambient lighting, ventilated front seats and wireless phone charger are included. When it comes to safety, this car also offers a high level of security, with a 360-degree camera and Level 2 ADAS technology.

Price and variants
The starting ex-showroom price of Tata Curve in the Indian market starts at Rs 10 lakh and the top model price goes up to Rs 19 lakh. This new offering from Tata can be a great option for customers looking for a premium car that offers style, performance and safety.
