New Delhi. Indian cricket team’s star wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant traveled to Australia to take part in the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Pant received her mother’s blessings before flying to Australia. The mother hugged her lover and blessed him. Pant was the top scorer in the recently concluded three-match Test series against New Zealand. He scored two half-centuries in the Mumbai Test. Pant received the reward for his excellent performance in the series against New Zealand in the ICC Test Rankings. Left-handed batsman Pant moved up five places to reach sixth position in the latest ICC rankings.
Rishabh Pant scored a highest 261 runs in 6 innings in the Test series against New Zealand. During this period his average was 43.50. In this series he scored three half-centuries, with his best score being 99 runs. Before New Zealand, Pant made a comeback in the two-match Test series against Bangladesh. He scored a total of 161 runs in two Tests at an average of 53.66.
