New Delhi. Gujarat Titans may retain their captains Shubman Gill, Rashid Khan and Sai Sudarshan in the team ahead of IPL’s mega auction. All-rounders Rahul Tewatia and Shahrukh Khan are also likely to be on the list. But Mohammed Shami’s situation is unclear. It is possible that cricket lovers will see the name of India’s pacer in the auction list.

For IPL 2025, all franchises have to submit the list of their players to BCCI by October 31. An IPL source said, “Shubhman Gill, Rashid Khan and Sai Sudarshan can be retained by the franchise.” Gill, who is considered the future captain of the Indian cricket team, captained the Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2024 when the team finished eighth Placed among ten teams.

Gujarat Titans won the title on their debut in the IPL in 2022. Under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya, the team again remained runners-up the next year. After that, Hardik Pandya returned to Mumbai Indians and the Gujarat Titans team derailed. The IPL mega auction is expected to take place in the last week of November.
