Directed by Yash Chopra. November 7th marks the 20th anniversary of the film’s release. On this special occasion, Veer Zara will be re-released across 600 screens internationally.
On the 20th anniversary of the romantic drama “Veer Zara”, it will also be shown for the first time in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukherjee’s Veer Zara is one of the most iconic films in Indian cinema. At the time of its release, the film was the highest-grossing Indian film in India, abroad and worldwide.
“Veer Zara” will release in these countries
The film “Veer Zara” is again playing in many major countries like America, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa are being laid off. The song ‘Yeh Hum Aa Gaye Hain Kahan’ was also added for the first time in this previously deleted version of the film. This is the first time this song is a part of the film.
Why did you decide to re-release it?
Nelson D’Souza, Vice President, International Sales, said, “Veer Zaara has a huge fan base across the world and on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, we are re-releasing it so that fans can enjoy this love story once again.” In the 20th year of the film, we realized that fans around the world want to see it on the big screen again.
