They’re also aiming to solve for cookieless advertising as Google’s Chrome browser removes third-party cookies used for targeting and measuring digital ads, and they’re developing next-generation generative AI tools.

To win in these areas, adtech companies need top-tier talent, particularly early- and mid-career professionals.
