New Delhi. MG’s new electric SUV MG Windsor has received great response from customers. The company started bookings in the Indian market on October 3 and 15,176 units were booked on the first day. The company requires a deposit of Rs 11,000 for booking MG Windsor EV. The price of this electric SUV starts at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom) under the battery subscription program, making it the cheapest electric SUV in the domestic market.

According to the information, the test drive of the MG Windsor is scheduled to begin on October 13th. If you have booked this electric SUV, you can take a test drive from October 13th. MG Windsor EV: battery and range
A 38 kWh lithium phosphate battery using prismatic cells was used to power the MG Windsor EV. This battery sends energy to an electric motor mounted on the front axle. This engine produces 134 hp of power and 200 Nm of torque. Once fully charged, this SUV has a range of 331 kilometers, according to ARAI. It has four driving modes: Eco, Eco+, Normal and Sport.

You can buy a car in the subscription model
MG Motor launched Windsor under the Battery as a Subscription program, which has helped the company keep its price low. Under this program, customers can buy an SUV at a low price of Rs 9.99 lakh but will also have to pay a subscription fee of Rs 3.5 per km. If you don’t want to buy a car under this scheme, you will have to pay an ex-showroom price of Rs 13.50 lakh to purchase a Windsor EV.
