New York. The US has accused an Indian Intelligence Agency (RAW) agent of conspiring to murder Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, the head of Sikhs for Justice wanted in India. The Justice Department in Manhattan, America, has filed a case against Vikas Yadav, a former Indian government official, for conspiring to murder Pannu. The American authorities have accused a person named Yadav of conspiring to commit murder on foreign soil. However, India has always denied that the accused is an Indian citizen.

India is accused of murder
