Is RAW involved in the conspiracy to murder Gurpatwant Pannu? A lawsuit has been filed in the US against an Indian man, a Secret Service agent said

New York. The US has accused an Indian Intelligence Agency (RAW) agent of conspiring to murder Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, the head of Sikhs for Justice wanted in India. The Justice Department in Manhattan, America, has filed a case against Vikas Yadav, a former Indian government official, for conspiring to murder Pannu. The Law Ministry has released the photo of Vikas Yadav. Let us tell you that Pannu demanded separation of Punjab and India. The American authorities have accused a person named Yadav of conspiring to commit murder on foreign soil. However, India has always denied that the accused is an Indian citizen.

Let us tell you that this controversy has arisen after the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada last year. Canada has always maintained that India’s intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), was involved in Nijjar’s murder. Recently, the controversy has become so intense that Canada has expelled five people, including India’s top diplomats. India also expelled an equal number of Canadian diplomats in response.

India is accused of murder
After Canada, America has also accused India of the murder of its citizen (India’s most wanted Gurupawant Pannu). He claimed that Indian intelligence agent Vikas Yadav was the mastermind of the conspiracy (although India has denied any involvement). In America, Yadav is also known as CC1. America said both countries exchanged information about Nijjar’s murder in Canada and received information that Yadav was involved. While living in India, he hired hitman Nikhil Gupta on our soil. After Nijjar’s murder in Canada, Yadav sent a message to Gupta about Pannu’s murder, calling it a “priority”.

Accusation of contract killing

Last year, America arrested Gupta from the Czech Republic. He was extradited to America to stand trial. He was presented to court this summer. There Gupta declared his innocence. He said that knowingly or unknowingly he got involved in the bloody game. At the same time, American officials said Yadav was still in India. America accuses both of them of conspiring to commit murder and money laundering. America said we have plenty of evidence to support the claims.
