New Delhi. Gautam Singhania, chairman and managing director of Raymond Limited, has taken to social media to slam top Lamborghini India and Asia executives for their “arrogance” and “poor customer service”.
Singhania, who loves luxury cars, shared his experience and posted on
Bad experience with new Lamborghini car
Singhania said that he took a test drive of the recently launched Lamborghini Revuelto. During a test drive, the car suffered a complete power failure, leaving him stranded in the middle of the road on Mumbai’s Trans-Harbour Link. About this incident, he wrote: “The arrogance of India boss Sharad Aggarwal and Asia boss Francesco Scardaoni is shocking.” “Nobody tried to find out what the customer’s problem was.”
He had previously expressed his displeasure on social media
On October 3, Singhania had taken to social media to express his displeasure over the issue and also shared Revuelto’s picture of the car being towed from the bridge.
I am shocked at India Head’s arrogance @Agarwal_sharad and Asia boss Francesco Scardaoni. No one even reached out to check on the customer’s issues.@lamborghini #StephanWinkelmann#Lamborghini #LamborghiniIndia #Revuelto #LuxuryCars #Supercars #ExoticCars,
