BGauss, a pioneer in electric mobility, announced the commencement of production for its latest electric two-wheeler, the RUV350, at its Chakan, Maharashtra facility on August 30, 2024. It features a high-capacity lithium-ion battery that offers an ARAI Approved extended range of up to 145 kilometers on a single charge. Additionally, it comes with a powerful in-wheel hyperdrive electric motor, providing smooth acceleration and a top speed of 75 km/h. Developed and manufactured in India, the RUV350 addresses the specific needs of Indian riders. Unique features include 16-inch alloy wheels and storage space for a helmet, charger, and other essentials, making it the only two-wheeler in India to offer such conveniences along with larger wheels. The robust metal body enhances durability, safety, and ride quality, while the high-performance InWheel Hyper Drive Motor ensures efficient and reliable power. Other features supported are cruise control, hill hold, reverse mode, fall sense, side and main stand sensors, and vacation mode. The display also offers live vehicle tracking, geo-fencing, ‘God mode’ (vehicle immobilisation), a dual theme, photometric adaptive display for day and night modes, document storage, speed, battery status, and range.
