“>ARC Electric has collaborated with Aon plc to promote sustainability in employee transportation by integrating electric vehicles (EVs) across Aon’s operations in India. This partnership aims to significantly reduce Aon’s carbon footprint, aligning with both companies’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals while ensuring eco-friendly transportation solutions.
ARC Electric, a specialist in EV transportation, will provide Aon with electric vehicles to replace traditional fossil-fuelled cabs. The initiative will be rolled out across several major cities in India. In the first quarter of 2024—from January to March—ARC Electric supplied Aon with eco-friendly EV cabs, which covered approximately 80,000 kilometres during this period. This resulted in a reduction of around 12,000 kg of CO2 emissions, the equivalent of saving 462 trees.

As part of this partnership, ARC Electric utilises its technological expertise to develop a B2B EV platform, which streamlines the entire Employee Transportation System (ETS) lifecycle—from onboarding to scheduling, monitoring, and service enhancement. This collaboration is intended to provide efficient and environmentally sustainable transportation services for Aon plc.
