Those who want performance and style along with mileage will now have the option of the new Pulsar N125 along with the TVS Raider and the Hero Xtreme 125R in this segment. While on the one hand the Hero Extreme 125R is rapidly expanding its position in this segment, on the other hand the launch of the Pulsar N125 will definitely impact the sales figures.

The Pulsar N125 has a fuel tank of 9.5 liters while the company has given the Xtreme 125R a fuel tank of 10 liters. If we talk about the curb weight, the weight of Pulsar N125 is 125 kg while the weight of Hero Extreme 125R is 136 kg. What we are telling you here is that Hero Extreme offers better stability on the highway or at higher speeds due to its heavier weight.
Of the two, whose engine is more powerful?
We tell you that both motorcycles have air-cooled single-cylinder engines. The engine of Bajaj Pulsar N125 produces a maximum power of 11.83 bhp and a maximum torque of 11 Nm. At the same time, the Hero Extreme 125R has a maximum power of 11.4 HP and a maximum torque of 10.5 Nm.
What are the differences in functions?
In both Pulsar N125 and Hero Extreme 125R bikes, companies have provided features like Bluetooth and app connectivity along with a digital screen. The speedometer, fuel gauge and tine indicator are integrated into the display of both motorcycles. While a real-time mileage display is also available on the Pulsar N125, the company has not included a gear position indicator, which may disturb you while driving. There is also no tachometer in the Pulsar N125.
Additionally, full LED lighting is available on the Hero Extreme while the indicators on the Pulsar N125 are incandescent. The company has also not provided hazard warning light feature in Pulsar which is available in Hero Extreme. Hero Extreme 125 has a projector headlight while Pulsar N125 only has a simple LED headlight.
What offers more security?
Keeping safety in mind, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 has been given the option of drum and combination disc brakes. At the same time, in addition to the combination disc brake, the Hero Extreme 125R also has the option of single-channel ABS in higher variants. Hero Extreme is the only motorcycle in the 125cc segment to be equipped with ABS.
Frame, suspension and tires
Both the Bajaj Pulsar N125 and Hero Extreme 125R feature telescopic forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. However, the Hero Extreme has been given a thick 137 mm telescopic fork, which not only enhances the style of the bike but also provides more stability. The Pulsar N125 has 80/100-17 tires at the front and 110/80-17 tires at the rear. At the same time, tires measuring 90/90-17 at the front and 120/80-17 at the rear were installed in the Extreme 125R. From the tire tread, the Extreme 125R is equipped with wider tires, which improves grip and balance while riding.

The ex-showroom price in Delhi of the Bajaj Pulsar N125 is Rs 94,707 to Rs 98,707. The Hero Xtreme 125R is priced between Rs 95,000 and Rs 99,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
