Meanwhile, Team India reached South Africa in a different format, with a different captain and a different coach. The Indian team under the leadership of Suryakumar Yadav went on a foreign tour to play a four-match T20 series. BCCI has shared the information about the team’s arrival with the fans. VVS Laxman will be seen in the role of the team coach in South Africa.

Team India head coach Gautam Gambhir did not take part in the South Africa tour as he was busy with the Test series against New Zealand. In his place, former Indian batsman VVS Laxman will take over the coaching responsibility of the Indian team. The Indian team has to play four T20 matches on this tour. The first game takes place on November 9th at Kingsmead. The second game will be played on the 10th at St George’s Oval. The third T20 match will take place at SuperSport Park while the final match will be played at Wanderers Stadium.
